Advertise to UK trades, plainly.
Sponsors help keep the email free. Readers are tradespeople and sole traders in the UK: plasterers, dryliners, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, decorators, and people running a one-person firm.
We do not publish a subscriber count. If you are weighing up a placement, ask Shaun for the current list size and a sample. You will get the real figures, not a pitch-deck number.
What you can book
- A labelled mention in one weekly email.
- If we agree it, a short note on that week's page on this site.
How an ad is labelled
UK advertising rules (the CAP Code) say an ad should be obvious. A sponsor mention is marked Advertisement or #ad. Affiliate links are marked too. The ad sits apart from the "one thing to try". We turn down products we would not mention to someone on the tools.
What to send
- What you sell, and who it helps.
- The week you have in mind.
- Whether you want the email, the website, or both.
- A budget, if you have one. We quote per enquiry. There is no rate card yet, because the list is new and a made-up price would be worse than none.
